2. All kinds of explosion-proof tools shall be cleaned of oil stains on the surface before use. After use, the oil stains and deposits on the surface shall be wiped off, stored in a dry place, and stored in isolation from corrosive substances. Appropriate lubricating oil shall be applied for storage for a long time.
3. Wrench tools cannot be used with excessive force, nor can they be extended by casing or binding other metal bars, nor can they be knocked with a hammer (except for the wrench), so as not to cause fracture and deformation due to overload and affect normal use. When using tools, they should reasonably choose their varieties and specifications according to their needs, and they should not be used as small on behalf of large ones, let alone as steel tools. 4. Copper alloy explosion-proof tools are made of high-purity electrolytic copper and precious rare metals, and the surface of aluminum bronze explosion-proof tools is silver yellow. The hardness of the working face is above HRC25, the tensile strength is δb75-85kgf/mm2, the working face is operated in the flammable gas ethylene (concentration 7.8%) environment, the impact (collision), friction and drop hammer do not produce spark explosion, and the explosion-proof grade is GBEx ⅡB standard. After the beryllium bronze explosion-proof tool is made of tools, the surface is golden. The hardness of the working face is above HRC35, the tensile strength is δb105-120kgf/mm2, the working face is operated in the environment of flammable gas hydrogen (concentration 21%), and the impact (collision), friction and drop hammer do not produce spark explosion, and the explosion-proof grade is GBEx ⅡC standard.
